Since I mentioned the Laguna Beach Little League program in yesterday's post, I wanted to give a shout out to Jack Norworth who wrote, "Take Me Out To The Ballgame". Jack was a long-time Laguna Beach resident, started the Little League program in 1952, and would pass out Cracker Jacks to all the ballplayers.

After shopping at Hobie's on Forest Avenue, don't forget to check out the amazing "Waterman's Wall" mural on the outside of the building. Randy Morgan created this masterpiece, and at the last minute added the Hobie logo to the sailboat. The Arts Commission is having trouble with that logo (signage vs mural category) and is discussing what to do.
