I saw this beach house on wheels with a porch while jogging through Heisler Park this morning. I want it! On the driver's side door, the owner wrote, "Beware of Kitty".

The unofficial city event called the Aquathon went off today. The participants start at Emerald Bay and try to make it to the Ritz any way they can. Swim, SUP, rappel, climb, etc.

Lawn bowling was banned in the 1400s because it was replacing archery, which was important in battle7/2/2014 Lawn bowling fun fact: History traced back to the 13th century. Couple hundred years after that, it was banned because it was becoming more popular than archery, which was important in battle. I love how art just rises up from the shrubbery in Laguna Beach. This piece is on my Heisler Park / Downtown Tour. The artist is Jerry Rothman, who recently passed away. RIP Jerry!
Elongated females wearing sandals or flip flops are Ralph Tarzian's hallmark. This is "Canyon Spirits" in front of Seven Degrees. He also has "The Discussion" in front of Cafe Anastasia, which we see on my Heisler Park / Downtown Tour.
I love our artists designed benches all over town. "Tide Pool Paddleboard" is in Heisler Park, and "Streamline Bench" is on Ocean Ave.
