Laguna Coast Wilderness Park

In partnership with OC Parks, Laguna Canyon Foundation staff and volunteers lead hikes, bike rides, and programs throughout Laguna Coast, Aliso and Wood Canyons, and Laguna Niguel parks. From health and fitness hikes and rides to family programs and naturalist-led interpretive hikes, there is something for everyone!

Aliso & Wood Canyons
Wilderness Park

Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park is made up of 4,500 acres of coastal canyons, high ridges, and endangered coastal sage scrub.  

One of the most popular places to visit in the park is Dripping Cave. Also known as Robbers Cave, this cave was originally used by the Native American residents as temporary shelter, and more recently by the notorious Juan Flores gang as a hideout from which to hijack stagecoaches.
