 For those of you who know me, my New Year's Resolution this year is to have a kick butt garden in the spring. To do that, I decided I would need to enhance my poor excuse for soil by starting a compost pile. I did some research and texted all family members what goes into the compose pile and what doesn't. I wanted them to have all the rules in writing so they wouldn't forget. Maybe they could save the rules in their "Notes" on their phones? I told them how we are saving the planet by recycling our food scraps. You don't even want to know what happened when I found a banana peel in our garbage can last week! Anyway, I went for a little walk tonight and I had no idea this all star garden, with the extra kicker of chickens, was only one street away from me. Garden envy big time!
