Recently I heard about a new cat sculpture at Blue Bell Foundation for Cats and had to see for myself. Walking up the Canyon from town I saw so many things: Jorg Dublin near his studio (not sure what he was doing because I didn’t want to stare like the crazed fan I am - 9/11 Memorial); Jon Seeman creations just sitting outside his studio -Whale in Heisler; Mushroom Sawdust exhibitor studio open; Father and son neighbors going to a gym in the Canyon.

My favorite things about Blue Bell:
1. Awesome birdhouse collection

2. Beautiful gardens, each with a locally inspired name.

3. Numerous cat art: sculptures, wind chimes, flag poles, etc.

4. Parking availability if you don’t want to walk there
.
5. Glimpses of cats in residence
.
6. Marlo Bartels bench full of cats
.
7. Several fun water features
