Out with French Food and in with Steaks.  Let's learn about our new restaurant owner, Teemu Selanne:

- Taught kindergarten for 3 years in Finland before playing NHL hockey
- Has lots of cute hockey buddies and gorgeous groupies that will hang out here in Laguna Beach

- Winter Olympic Games all-time points leader
