Personal Zip Line

I only trespassed a little when I peeked into a yard and saw a zip line!!! Going in further, I see a play structure as good or better than city parks. This yard also had a trampoline, basketball court and a killer garden. Does anyone with small children know about this property on Sandpiper Drive?
